The country did not change Mr. Obama, You did By Jamal Allen

Obama you are somewhere in the White House looking at the numbers coming in from across the country. It has not been a good night for you sir. Two years ago you came in on a wave of your own. You vowed to change the way we did things. You said time after time that you were someone we could believe in. Tonight sir, the party that ran against you have picked up more seats than you even thought. What do you think that says about you? All these people put their jobs on the line for what you said would make this country better. What you have done so far may be good for this country. But for someone who let a man who cried on the floor and another who suspended his campaign to get back to Washington, both to get bailouts past. You let them in the end have the spotlight shine bright upon them in the winner circle. How in the world did you let that happen? How did you let Republicans steal the message on everything you were doing? Now how are you going to do away with things like DADT? How are you now going to blame Bush for everything? What kind of leader are you going to be now because lately you have drop the ball big time. When the country starts to really get better are you going to let the Republicans take all the credit for the hard things the Dems did? At the end of the day Obama you leave us not knowing anymore than when we sent you to office. At one point I thought you were a smart man. You may still come up big one may never know. But right now, on this night, I'm glad my vote never went your way.  When this country sent you to DC they did have change in mind. Just not the change that took place over the last two years and especially not tonight.
