I find it a bit odd that year in and year out we the people send people to public office and they somehow find a way to loose themselves, or their voice for that matter. How does this always happen? ed something the same way. I admit, politics was never my thing and this is not just a political blog. But I can't help the fact that every last Republican person that I see or 
hear on the news networks (TV, radio, podcast, newspaper, Internet) all say the same thing in the efforts to kill the heath care reform bill. You hear things like "government takeover, corrupt, blank sheet and start over, ram though". All that may be true but if your going to say it, then prove it. The talking heads like Bill O'Reily of Fox News, Sean Hannity of Fox News, Mark Levin, along with all the other Republicans just say these things over and over like the more times we hear it
the more it becomes true. I think that you have to go into details if your going to say things like that. What to complicated? you don't want to bore us? You don't like the process? if there is some corrupt things going on in the house or senate then I think that would be breaking new on networks around the world. Lay it out, say who is involved, and I think we would all understand. Remember, you report, we decide.

Hey there. It's the LuAnne Leonard that is being terrorized for standing up against Mr. Levin. After I (1) called the show to voice my concerns, (2) responded to a thread on topix, (3) sent an email to WBAP (local radio station) and their sponsors,and (4) sent an email to my friends, I received threatening calls on my private cell phone (unlisted), threatening emails, and now I am being crucified for standing up for integrity. I am at a loss. I can't turn to the Authorities, I can't reason with the radio station (WBAP), I can't reason with the bloggers, and I am concerned for the safety of my family. All because I chose to stand up for what is right. You are the only one who stood up and at least attempted to be the voice of reason. Is honor, integrity, and respect realy dead in this country? Did these opinon hosts drain the life out of valor? What has America done to itself? And, what are these folks doing to rise above the hatred?
